Housing Application – 2024 Season

NEW RATES FOR THE 2024 SEASON:

Rates for the 2024 season are $50 per person, per night.

Reduced rate of $40 per person, per night if affiliated with the University of Wyoming and paying via Interdepartmental Transfer (IDT).

Our anticipated 2024 season is June 1 – September 30.

We often receive more applications for housing than we can accommodate. We prioritize housing requests based on several criteria:

The request clearly states how the proposed station usage directly supports the vision and mission of the UW Research Institute at AMK Ranch.
When applications are equivalent for priority 1, UW-affiliated groups and small grant recipients are given preference for use of this UW-supported facility.
When applications are equivalent for priorities 1 and 2, we award housing on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please clearly indicate any flexibility in your arrival and departure dates as that can often help us with awarding housing to as many deserving applicants as we can. We generally finalize housing decisions in April.
