NEW RATES FOR THE 2025 SEASON:

$60 per person, per night.

Reduced rate of $45 per person, per night if paid by a department within the University of Wyoming.

Our anticipated season is June 1 – September 30.

We often receive more applications for housing than we can accommodate. We prioritize housing requests based on several criteria:

The request clearly states how the proposed station usage directly supports the vision and mission of the UW Research Institute at AMK Ranch.
When applications are equivalent for priority 1, UW-affiliated groups and small grant recipients are given preference for use of this UW-supported facility.
When applications are equivalent for priorities 1 and 2, we award housing on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please clearly indicate any flexibility in your arrival and departure dates as that can often help us with awarding housing to as many deserving applicants as we can. We generally finalize housing decisions in April.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations and Changes*
- Once request is confirmed, billing will be calculated based on dates and number of people on the confirmation notice unless reservation is canceled or updated at least one week in advance of the arrival date.
Nightly Rate*
- The 2025 season rate is $60 per person, per night. The discount rate of $45 per person, per night will only apply if affiliated with the University of Wyoming and paying via Interdepartmental Transfer (IDT).
Invoicing*
- The invoice for this visit will not be split among different payees.
Cleaning Fee*
- Failure to complete all tasks on the checkout form will result in a $50 cleaning fee for each room reserved and for any aditional spaces that need to be cleaned.
Late Check Out Fee*
- Late check out will result in a $50 fee for each room reserved and any additional spaces that are not cleared out by checkout time.
Mailing List*
- Applicants and on-site leader email addresses are added to the UW-NPS email list.
Acknowledgement*
- For any work produced related to my stay at the station I will include the following acknowledgement:
  "This work was partially supported by a housing subsidy from the University of Wyoming-National Park Service Research Station (http://uwnps.org)."
